Shop Policies
Please feel free to contact me in regards to any concerns or questions about your order or an item. You can contact me through instagram or email me via ([email protected]).Customers are responsible for reading all shop policies before placing an order.
♥ SHIPPING:
- Shipping takes 2-3.5 weeks to ship as I am a full-time student and also have a part-time job. If your order is delayed, I usually update via Instagram for any delays. Once your order has shipped it may take 2-5 days to arrive within the US (time varies for outside the US). Please keep in mind USPS may have delays at times.
- All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address provided.
- Please make sure the address you provide for your order is correct to avoid send backs of your packages. If you submitted the wrong address and item has not been shipped yet you are able to email me to correct it. Customer will be responsible to cover the fee to be sent back.
♥ RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
- I do not accept returns, cancellations or refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Any damages made after the package has been dropped off is out of my hands & is the responsibility of the shipping company. I do apologize for the inconvenience I have lost alot of money replacing orders that were lost or damaged by the shipping company. But please email to inform me of the damaged/missing items to see if there is anything I can do.
