♥ How long does shipping take?
- Shipping takes 2-3.5 weeks (unless stated otherwise!) Please take into consideration I am a full-time student and have a full-time job so at times there may be delays in orders.

♥ Can I request a custom order?
- Of course, I love hearing your thoughts and opinions. Feel free to reach me through instagram (@daisyhavenco) about any ideas and I will try my very best to make it happen! If you'd like a quote you can always email or contact me via any social media! (Typically for custom orders, prices will remain the same as normal products unless ordering in bulk or pricing of materials is higher.)

♥ Are your animal scrunchies unique?
- All of my animal scrunchies are 100% unique and handmade by me which is reflected on the price. Patterns for all my scrunchies are originally made by me, please do not try to copy or recreate.

♥ Why the name ‘One of a kind’ scrunchies?
- Often times i create things out of my imagination and buy fabric from local shops, seamstresses or that has been handed down to me by family and friends! these are patterns you wont find anywhere else! 

♥ Do you have a return or cancellation policy?
- At the moment, I do not offer any refunds or cancellations once an order is placed I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have a problem with an order please feel free to reach out to me via contact form, email or Instagram!

♥ Can I purchase your items somewhere besides your online shop?
- Yes! I often do pop-up markets in SATX and update frequently on my instagram and facebook of any upcoming markets.
